The Thorny Issue With Biden's Age

Biden has spoken unclearly about Taiwan or he spoke and sort of defiantly only to have the others in the administration walk back what he said. So I think they don't, they're testing us because they're not sure how forward leaning where we're prepared to be here. And you know as always with these things if it's just a test if they don't want a shooting war anytime soon.
