It's highly likely we will not know the full results of the midterms on election night. By 6 a.m. 2020, look at all the battleground states where we were not at 95% let alone 99%. We're going to get some clues about the House very early on. Virginia and Indiana, their polls close by 7 p.m. And they're both fast counting states.
