The Importance of Top Secret in the Cold War

Daniel Osberg graduated from Harvard with a PhD in nuclear policy and economics. He went on to work for the Ram Corporation which is a nonprofit think tank that has long been especially during the war. The closest advisors of the Department of Defense he obtained in very high position within the Ram Corporation required him to have access to nation's most sensitive secrets. Daniel Osberg: I remember him many times talking about how everybody hears the word top secret and thinks it's these incredibly sensitive documents we're hearing now.
