How to Navigate Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria as an Autistic Person
A good way to start is by practicing to say no when you need to. Controlling the controllables actually a great way of maintaining a calm peace rather than rising and heightening stress and anxiety. Engaging in some sort of regular exercise or physical activity, I always say this because I really want people to get this. It helps you reduce anxiety and it promotes overall well-being in your autistic brain. You have to be realistic with yourself. And when you do achieve things big or small, you need to celebrate them. Anything will do.
