The US-Turkey Relationship

The US-Turkey relationship has been tense for a long time, but neither side wants to break it. The Turkish invasion of Cyprus was remarkable because one constant that we see here is Turkey gets a pass. It's NATO allies, but also being a pain in the ass to its NATO allies who are sort of caught between trying to push Turkey to be a better team player and not lose Turkey.
