The skin ill of managing capital markets, the skill of managing expectations isn't something that can be learned from someone who has never done it. A lot of companies go public and they think they have some sense of how much scrutiny is going to come crashing down on them. But if you look at it as something to embrace, then it's much more likely you're going to set yourself up for success.
