The Importance of Placemaking in Shopping
I think it's just you know, a lot of the shopping experiences now just kind of fragmented because we don't have malls where it's really a community space. Walmart kind of ruined the pleasure of shopping too with its physical stores. I always feel like my depression level cranks up anytime I go into one. And some of it is we find communities in other places. Even like walking down a street in the village or something and there's like cute little shops you can like pop into.
