When you have not personally struggled with cravings and addiction and weight gain, you're not as a afraid of certain food groupso more likely to try and make up the case that these foods might have a help benefit for you. I do believe that the carnivore diet is the optimal human diet. But i also understand that we have new challenges in recent history, like overweight and fuda diction, and things that our ancestors never had to deal with before going on the optimalhuman diet.
