The Biden Administration's Policy on Immigration

At the end of the Obama administration, an actual memo was issued like this. The Trump administration came in and said everybody is equally an enforcement priority. And so if you find anyone who could be deported, try to deport them. So then the Biden administration comes in and issues a memo very similar to the Obama memo.
