I think people didn't realize the extent of massive risks they were taking and how much gambling they were really doing. I definitely wouldn't say that they're like totally just idiots who just got super lucky. They were smart people. But I think that they were much more on the side of gamblers than people were expecting. It would have been work, right? At this point, there are a whole bunch of red flags that we could point to in retrospect.

What the heck happened with FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried? Were there early warning signs that most people failed to notice? What could've been done differently, and by whom? What effects will this have on the EA movement going forward?
