A lot of business owners struggle with relinquishing decision making a ability or delegating because they feel like everybody's going make a mistake. You what you have to do is change your perspective on that, right? As a leader, you have to understand that part of you getting where you are was you making mistakes. If someone messes up something and it costs you ten grand, instead of looking at it like, a whole shit, i lost ten grans, you should look at it like: ok, that lesson cost me ten grans...you would have got fired for that in other places.
