I noticed that I have the best sex when I'm thinking about a situation or person that I'm not currently having sex with. This is just fantasy. We get a lot of shame because we feel like the person that we're having sex with needs to be fulfilling our own needs and it's cheating. In reality, like your mind can sometimes do its own thing. And that's okay. There are some studies somewhere that like 97% of people admit to having fantasy. So I think that is 100% of people.
