The Importance of Top Model on Television
Top model was my first and original touchpoint with queer people on television. And I also always wanted to be a fashion designer. So I learned so much about the format and the structure of the industry from the show. It's what Drag Race is now to a clitoral generation of queer people. Like I have a certain level of respect for what it gave me as like a kid out in the boonies in Pennsylvania, like doing nothing.
