Gaming and the Real World - Is There a Risk of That?

gaming is like a replacement of, you know, looking for sources of status from the physical world and transposing it onto the ital one. You're changing the scene completely to one where it doesn't really have that much of a real world effect. There's no reason why people should not be building community in the virtual world? Or hey, i'v put on a church service in my game Am, so do I see it as more useful than social media or TV? We are all part of this post-human digital landscape - we just need to find our way around it.
