How Do You Plan When to Hire?
We've heard from other firms a similar approach to hiring, where it's actually disconnected from new projects in the firm. And so i'm curious how you plan when to hire, or kno, when to hire? It is maybe not tied to the thing that you might expect it to be tied to. So like your adding like this. Your adding to the inf structure of the team, but not necessarily connected to new opportunities in the Firm. We are excelspread sheet keegs and look at staffing on a weekly basis. All the project managers meet, we assign staff, most staff on similar projects week by week. Things move around.
