NATO and Russia Summit: A Bust-Up?
Ulrika Franker, a senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations spoke to us just hours after she'd touched down from her flight back from Vilnius. Ulrika: I thought it was interesting that NATO has become almost like a sort of popular culture meme as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. But even throughout Europe, NATO is not just better known, but also better liked, if you like. And should we call then this summit a mess, a bust-up that leaves NATO-looking weak, divided, unsure whether it wants to support Ukraine at all?
