Are You as Shrewd as a Snake and as Innocent as Doves?

In luke 13, verse seven ten, reads this. When jesus said this, all his opponents were humiliated. Did you catch that? Jesus publicly humiliated these men. Now what's going on? Why does jesus treat people so differently? And the answer is because jesus engages with a person based on the condition nof that person's heart. If you don't know right now who you are dealing with, what kind of person your mother or father is, or whoever you're wanting to engage...you need to find out. Your calling, in jesus's words, is to be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.
