How to Help Yourself Physiologically

Breathing is my favorite thing so deep box breaths breathing in just as deeply as you can. I really find meditation to be helpful and that doesn't have to be religious or spiritual practice for many people not everyone it can be very useful. Mindfulness just getting comfortable with the discomfort learning to observe it was a big part of what I learned from this book.
