The Overreaction and Resistance to Cognitive Discipline

I'm not sure I wanna 100% justify the offense. Some of it is like almost like an overreaction or a pre-venge, you know, like revenge but in advance. To the extent that I'm getting offended and angry and saying you can't say that or whatever, there I think that's the overreaction part. Okay, so it's good to thwart the person that you're conversing with from doing that to some extent because it's undermining your cognitive discipline. But you don't need all the emotionality of it because that itself is distracting.
