Is Kelp the New Cal?

Rensmith, a newfoundland native, spent his youth fishing and fighting. Now heis an ocean farmer in connecticut, primarily growing kelp. He runs a non profhet called green wave, trying to other people to what is called regenerative ocean farming. In his view, kelp is something of a wonder crop. Consumers don't necessarily see it that way, at least not if they're expected to eat it.
