The ABCDE of Cardiogenic Shock

The different levels are ABCDE. So A is the patients who are at risk of developing cardiogenic shock due to some kind of disease processes high risk, like acute MI or an acute on chronic heart failure symptoms. B is when you're first developing cardiogenic shock; C is the classic cardiogenicShock with hypo perfusion and E is extremis. This really helps us because we have three categories to communicate to our colleagues of a patient who's not doing well, right?
