Is There a Substack Revolution in Your Life?
i would say that my wager leaving academia was a little ahead of the curve in the sense that it was only after i left academia that you saw, for instance, the substack revolution. The way i look at it is like you're building a blog in two thousand and people would be like, why are you blogging? It's very similar to how i think you're living. Are there any previous examples in your own life where you've been surprised by, well, i picked up something quicker than other people did? Well, yes and no.
