Reverse Mortgages - Can You Afford to Live in Your Home?

The HUD and the FHA has done a tremendous job of really reducing the risk associated with a reverse mortgage, not just to the insurance fund, but to the consumer. There needs to be some sort of technical change. In place, which is what this is all about: Can you actually afford to live in your home? For a lot of people the answer is no and they shouldn't be using a reverse mortgage.
