If you're using a card responsibly, it means you are purchasing things you can pay off over time. Payment processors will walk you through this. If you want to pay less in processing fees, merchants have customers use debit cards instead of credit cards,. You literally pay less. And then you have this thing in the back of your head when you spend with a card that's like, well, you haven't actually spent it, but let's make sure we pay off that card. j
