I think the first step is really acknowledging that this has been a really stressful time. I do also wonder how we need to kind of think about how we do our own self care when it comes to check ups and monitoring of our actual physical health. We're starting to see that shist being more prevalent now, from the the concept of sick care to well care. And you know, the world's health organization really fines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellBeing.
