The Number One Cause of a Hard Heart
If you don't feel like your experience in the presence of god, maybe you're over sensationalizing it. A second reason you might not be experiencing god is that maybe your heart has hardened. It's when you just allow im a sin, something that's displeasing to god, to rule and reign in your heart. And your heart starts to grow hard. What a hard heart does if it's freezing outside: You can't feel the cold. If you're covered in clothes and you go outside, guess what? You're covered an closed, you can't feeling the cold.
