The Relationship Between Psychosocial Stress and Running Injuries

Psychological or psychosocial factors that are associated with running injuries. This has been largely overlooked clinically and also in the science for decades. Self-blame has been linked to an increased injury risk, so I've developed this injury because I didn't do enough. And perfectionism, no surprises there, that rigid personality. So they are linked, they're a five emotional lifestyle stresses that they actually increase injury risk amage.
