You know, m it is important that you understand the whole package and not just the salary rate. For a lot of armed jobs, those additional benefits can be a very enticing end. It's not necessarily the salary rates. If you just get a salary and don't get any other en, quite often actaly worse off than a lower salary with more benefits. So if i'm sitting at the negotiating table with you, and asking questions and pushing back on perhaps benefits, salary or training, or whatever it is, do i come across as being entitled and ingredy? You know, that's this a difficult question. And different employers will react differently.
