Every every successful civilization requires a success mindset. The children of successful people become the useless generation because they don't know what it takes to succeed. Once you're the strongest nation and you could feed everybody all your major problems seem solved then you have the luxury of the useless people having a bigger voice. You should all listen to them narcissists mostly so my hypothesis is that when there's a coincidental correct mindset and some group of humans will not drive toward building civilizations.
