Timothy Stanley: This was a week where central banks around the world re-established where they're either behind the curve or are. There's some sense that Powell this week actually walked back a little bit of last week's, we are calling that, I guess, a dovish pause. The problem is we've been up a straight line so aggressively this had to happen. And this was definitely long in the tooth.
