First job out of college was as a marketing copywriter in the creative services department of a large international publisher. After that, after we went alive with that system, i ended up managing the support team for that application. And then eventually service now came along. I'm really not kidding when i say it was life changing. It was so clear what was in our cue. We could manage and clear out work like we had never done before.
