The Effects of University Construction on Labor Force Social Outcomes

There has been gradual implementation of university construction. The plan back then was to construct one big university in every province. So this gradual implementation of the policy enabled us to compare different groups against each other, comparing groups that are exposed to higher education. We found positive impact on two genders, but the impact was much more pronounced among girls.
