Interviewing a Candidate, Is It a Good Idea?
I think it's really tough as well for people who have impostors in drom to begin with, and like all the weird kind of guilt associated with that. I don't think anybody wants friends that are just superficy, washy, right? Yea, go with the flow is one thing, but like, what makes people unique is what the things t at they stand for and that they believe in. And so if you're just there like, oh, you know, but o nik, i'm just happy to be around he, i don't make a meaningful contribution to the work or to the community.
