Yoga, Meditation, Journaling - It's a Good Way to Get Your Mind and Body Moving

i approach journalling sort of as a personal therapy, and it has helped me so, so much. Whenever i feel like mentally cluttered or stuk or like i don't really know where to focus, i will just open up my journal and start writing everything that comes to my mind. I find y i agree that that's rellll for me. Like yoga helps a lot with that too, like getting moving. And by moving physically, we can release some of the energy and get it flowing in the right cyce again. It cant often makes me feel so much more creative, so much more ready to write or create or work on a project.
