The book is about how to get into a "flow state" when you're doing nothing but the ball coming out of your hand like 94 miles an hour. It challenged me to question why am I not making more time for these type of things in my own life that put me into that flow state. Here's just here's one example but it's a literal day to day example. You learn to micro flow up and turn into macro flow, which is one way to do it. Or you could also look at triggers and say okay, this assortment of triggers drop me into a macro flow state. And you can duplicate another aspect of baseball to really help people achieve their peak performance.
