Brent: The Greek here is really messy in my opinion I don't believe it reads to be speaking about a particular individual. There is no way that a contextual reading of this description doesn't immediately associate this description with who Brent says one of the Caesars. This is just if it is talking about an individual is talking about Caesar. Like there would be no reason to assume the text is speaking about a day many centuries in the future thousands of years in the future are day or some other future day.
