For the average rider out there, i'm happy to get a cadence of 80 if i'm having a good ilet's talk alittle bit about what im adding to what i've just said. The idea that you're the highr your cadence, the more efficient you are to arey is not new. You don't see guys at 95 to a hundred opium. They are 70 to 75, maybe sometimes even lower. And on the mont gos uphill, we run out of gears ourselves. To ride at 95 or ten %, you'd need either to have a very, very good garatia or very, very high power put. I don't have enough technology
