I think one of the bigger fears that human beings face is to be out of control. We like to think our conscious brain has control of everything, but we know that's not true. I absolatly agree with you on the idea of stigma. And i've had patients tell me, or i've thought about, that having a mental illness, you often, by looking at someone, can't tell they have a mental illness. But if they have tarti disynesia,. Now there's something wrong. There's something weird about this person. So it is doubly stigmatizing, isn't ito have this on top of a mental illness? It is.
