i feel better about myself when i am training with some degree of focus and a goal, you know, especially if it's time bound. I would start with curiosity. Like what is it that is something ore interested in learning or exploring? That might be something new that sits a little bit outside of your comfort zone, but is intriguing enough for you to want to explore it. And then figuring out how you can pursue that learning curve in a challenging ness,. contacts that also involves community or team building, o on level. But i really, really miss the comradery of being on a team or striving towards a similar goal.
