Can an Offer Expire?

An offer can expire if more than a reasonable amount of time has passed and that reasonability determination is made on a case by case basis. An offer can lapse when the thing for which you have offered is no longer the thing that you were offering in the first place. Even if you never had any intention in the back of your mind of accepting the offer, you can absolutely sue me for breach of contract.
