The Supreme Court's Interest in Recalibrating the Administrative State

The Supreme Court has shown great interest in maybe recalibrating how parts of the administrative state work. The court has looked at cases involving agency independence or the independence of people within agencies, too. It's called the non-delegation doctrine questions about maybe Congress delegated an unconstitutional amount of power to an agency. And you'd like to see the courts rethink some of these things.
