The New Testament Culture Is a Performance Based Culture

There is no such thing as a New Testament culture. It's got to be performance based so it can perform to do its mission, which is to reach people and turn them in from non-performers into performers for God. And they've been here for such a long time, Henry. We can't possibly let them go or hold them to account. I mean, what else are they going to do? Because we love them and we're family.
