Managing a Content Design Team at Hop Spot

i feel super lucky to be at hebsbot. We've been hiring nine new content designers, and we will be expanding that into hiring 20 plus new people over the next loll. The team is more than doubling in size getting close to trippling. So i'm trying to build a community, not just for content designers, but also for the people who manage them. It's very exciting. And again, i feel lucky to be here to have the opportunity. Amazing.
