Vittorio Pecacini's Statements on the Red-Eyed Alien

A man named Vittorio Pecacini came forward as one of the new witnesses. He says that he took video statements from the Brazilian soldiers who handled the famous red-eyed alien. This is what he's saying about some of the things that he's now revealing. But it does beg the question, is this guy full of it? Is he just looking for attention?
