He requisitioned over a hundred million and customer assets to launch into his own proprietary trading strategy, he says. Dephani: I don't see this entity emerging from bankruptcy. Maybe there's value in some of the customer relationships, but it is hard to imagine this thing getting resurrected post bankruptcy.
