The first cleanse was in am march or april 21 that you went through the recet restore new programm. And then in september, soyou went through the first cleanse in spring, and then in the fall, then you're like, ok, i need another cleanse. It can't seem overelm one when it's coming altogether. But in that as, really breaking it down like that helps.
