When i think of unhealthy obsessions, that's what it looks like. It is a control, a controlling manner, movement, action, thought process that is done just to do it. That's an unhealthy obsession. A healthy obsession facilitates ita. It promotes flexibility. If i want to lose 20 pounds, if i want to get in better shape, i am going to become obsessed with aching that goal,. But obsessed in a way that provides and allows flexibility. Not neessarely balance, but flexibility.
