If somebody is not at this level by that age, they're not on a very steep career trajectory. Your high potentials are your 17 and 18 year olds who are going to reach great heights. So in an organization, we just worked with a client now, and they've just completed a questionnaire, 12 questions to identify potential. And so the data alone says it doesn't make sense to ask, is this person a high potential when they are not on an accelerated career trajectory? But I can guarantee you that the 38 year old is definitely not the next greatest thing in football.
