Is There a Genetic Component to Suicide?
Suicide ideation and then it developing into self harm later on in life. My goal here really isn't to be unnecessarily sensationalizing anything or go graphic. Remember the goal really is I want to help people and myself feel a little less alone. It's fair to say that my mom, she's now deceased was very mentally ill. If something would come up that was difficult I had a plan for that. So there was different plans on how when because it was always about hurting her.
