Flood maps are based on historical data. So we'll find that a Jones premium is becoming quite the property specific. We need an internet map, a little drop down on Google Maps or maybe one of these websites like homes.co.nz where I just push a button and it tells me what the most up to date flood map would mean for my house value. What would be the best policy outcome so that things were transparent?
